Foodservice consultant Tricon has recruited new project director Adrian Bayly to expand its management consultancy team.
Bayly has a degree in Hospitality Business Studies from Nottingham Trent University and his industry experience began after completing his studies and starting in an operational role for a leading food retail service.
He then moved on to join foodservice consultancy The Peter Burholt Partnership where he was involved in both design and management consultancy before joining The Litmus Partnership in a management consultancy role.
Bayly’s 17 years of experience will help him to cover both of Tricon’s main business activities, which the consultancy believes will provide it with an increased flexible resource capability.
MD Mike Coldicott said: “Adrian can speak both languages – he understands the need for a sound strategic business case as well as how that operational and functional reality can be turned into a world class design. I am delighted he has joined Tricon.”
Bayly added: “The decision to join Tricon was straightforward, having understood the quality of clients and the professionalism and experience of the team both in the UK and Dubai.
“Additionally, a strong company culture built on support and collaborative working, with a sense of community, was something that matched my personal aspirations. I am extremely pleased to join the Tricon team and look forward to adding to the continued success of the business.”
