British refrigeration brand Adande is cranking up its international business by launching its products to the Indian market.
Adande’s chairman, Nigel Bell, confirmed the company has signed an agreement with local refrigeration importer Celfrost that will lead to its refrigerated drawers being made available to customers in India.
Bell said Celfrost would offer it a route into a wide variety of foodservice groups that require commercial refrigeration.
“Celfrost has an enviable reputation for top-quality customer service and its customer base includes major hotel and restaurants, food retailers and a rapidly developing pub, bar, snack bar and fast food industry,” he said.
Adande already has ties with the Indian market as it has been producing units for export to Adande in the UK for the last two years.
Bell said the factory in Pune would produce the same quality of units for the Indian market that it builds for the UK.
“The launch of Adande in India will be supported by Adande’s Indian production subsidiary Adande Refrigeration Pvt Ltd, in Pune, offering local manufacture, with full availability of spares and after-sales service,” he commented.
