Adande Refrigeration makes a stand at Casual Dining

Adande’s combi oven stand and fryer station will both be on its Casual Dining show stand.

Adande is giving Casual Dining show visitors a glimpse at its new combi oven stand available for both rear and side engine refrigerated drawers at the Business Design Centre, London on 21-22 February.

The UK manufacturer’s representatives will demonstrate the new product on stand M433. The combi stand should allow the user to load chilled/frozen products from an Adande drawer directly on to 1/1 GN cooking pans and place into a six grid combi oven above.

When cooking is completed, the pans can be removed and placed onto the telescopic pull-out shelf. This could be suitable for preparation of products such as cookies, pastries and bread.

The unit also has adjustable aluminium feet for uneven floor surfaces.

Another latest product available on the show stand will be the Adande fryer station. Available for the both the compact and drawer products for frozen food storage situated next to a deep fryer, the station is designed to allow chilled and frozen products to be loaded direct from an Adande drawer into baskets prior to loading into fryers.

It should also allow storage of cooked products when they have been taken out of a fryer. The drip tray collects cooking fat/liquid drips and is said to be easily removable for cleaning.

Furthermore, the manufacturer will be introducing new recruits to its sales team at the exhibition. Richard Clark, formerly at Frima, has joined as national account manager, while ex Roller Grill UK man Lloyd Matthews has taken up the role of regional sales manager.
