Rational’s SelfCookingCentre will be demonstrated by top chefs

Rational: Stand 320

Visitors to stand 320 at the exhibition will experience the new generation SelfCookingCenter. The combi ovens are now available as the XS version in unit sizes 6 x 2/3 GN and in the familiar unit sizes 6 x 1/1 GN to 20 x 2/1 GN, offering more optimisations with the same functionality and performance as previous models. The SelfCookingCenter is said to be the first intelligent commercial cooking appliance that interacts with chefs. Rational expert chefs on the stand will demonstrate how to prepare different meal occasions with the new generation SelfCookingCenter 101 and XS models, including breakfast, grab-and-go, baking, a la carte and casual dining items.

Rexmartins: Stand 513

Rexmartins will be launching a host of innovations at the Great Hospitality Show hand-in-hand with an important initiative that it hopes will diversify the perspective of catering equipment across the entire industry and create job opportunities throughout the foodservice sector.

Signature FSE: Stand 442

Signature FSE is returning to Great Hospitality Show to present some of its top brands and introduce a new brand, Marlux, the French salt, pepper and spice mills specialist. Signature’s other tableware brands will also be present, including dinnerware collections by French manufacturer Revol, and Pinti Inox stone washed cutlery.

The stand will include Venta’s food-holding induction table as well as ambient tables in different finishes, ideal for a buffet presentation. Synergy Grill: Stand 451

Synergy Grill plans to exhibit all three of its flagship grill models at the show — the SG630, SG900 and the SG1300 — as well as introduce its new griddle plate.

It will have a professional chef on the stand to highlight the pioneering ‘fat atomising’ technology engineered into its products, with the SG900 chargrill being used for demonstrations throughout the event. Synergy Grill claims visitors to the stand will get to see just how its equipment can deliver more succulent food at a quick speed, allowing caterers to increase their turnover.
