Adande will be showcasing its ‘Hold the Cold’ technology range featuring its recently-launched A+ Fridge – currently the only professional refrigeration endorsed with an A+ Label in Europe, according to the company. Furthermore, seven models in the Adande range are featured and verified on the official TopTen.EU/ProCold portal (a strictly neutral body independent of manufacturers/retailers to endorse the best energy efficient plug-in cabinets and speed up the switch to climate-friendly refrigerants). Adande“Our aim is to encourage awareness that Adande technology is ‘All about the food’ – the true distinctiveness of the Adande range compared to others in the market,” explained sales director Karl Hodgson. Adande’s team will be on hand to outline key features of its products.

BGL Rieber: Stand 448

BGL has one clear mission at this year’s show: to increase awareness of its new range of Thermoport food transport boxes and Varithek single module front cooking station. The ‘Midi-K’ range of insulated food transport boxes can feature integral heating to ensure meals are kept hot, while its heavy duty wheels and solid base makes it a suitable option for serving meals away from the main kitchen.

The Varithek ACS 600, meanwhile, features induction or ceran cooking hobs with built-in self-ventilation. It is targeted at workplace catering and retail environments, as well as for use in servery counters, especially where ventilation or space is limited.

Blue Seal: Stand 248

Blue Seal is looking forward to catching up with distributors and end-customers at the Great Hospitality Show, as it gets set to unveil some new additions to its product portfolio.

The cooking equipment specialist plans to unveil a new range of TurboFan combi steamers in Birmingham and staff from the manufacturer will be on hand to talk operators through the key features. There are six models in the line-up, including manual control and digital control models.

Bournville Catering Equipment: Stand 220

Solihull-based dealer, Bournville Catering Equipment, will be showcasing its innovative ‘Bournville Pod’ portable kitchen unit, which is becoming popular with its customer base and helps operators increase their revenue and reduce queuing. Bournville will also have a cooking suite on display on its stand, along with various cooking equipment.
